A little about Me

 

Photography has been my career and passion for over 15 years. After graduating from the Art Institute of Seattle with my degree in photography, I have had an exciting path through the world of Photography. Having the opportunity to be involved in some of the most intimate and important moments in my clients lives is something I do not take lightly, the meaning it brings to my life is paramount.

Most of my time is split between photographing awesome clients, editing, posting on social media, designing and shopping for the studio and doing family life with my amazing Husband + 3 beautiful and energetic children. We love to hang out together, go on new adventures, eat amazing food and make great memories when ever we can! We also have 3 cats & love our fur babies!

I am originally from the Pacific NW, raised in the foothills of Mt. Rainier near Seattle. I grew up loving the outdoors and my Dad gave me my first Nikor film camera at age 12... after that I was hooked! When I decided to become a Photographer there was never a question it was meant to be.

Every day I thank the Lord for this life he has given me and the opportunity to be a part of the lives that come across my path. 

 

~A few random fun facts about me~ 

I have two special needs children and it makes me appreciate the good, regular & basic days! I overanalyze almost everything & am an obsessive researcher on many different topics. I love the mountains, it's my happy place but live in Houston so go figure! I LOVE the following: music and singing, authentic flaky almond croissants, vanilla latte's and Chai tea, outdoor festivals, foreign movies with subtitles, reading, history, dramatic love stories, science and a bunch of other strange things and not specifically in that order :)
